THE AUDI A8 PRESS RELEASE USES CONFERENCE RENTAL USA FOR SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION SERVICES

Miami Beach, FL- December 15, 2009 – Audi released the 2011 Audi A8 at the Audi Pavilion in Miami Beach, Florida at the 2009 Design Miami November 30th and December 1st. With participants from around the world, Conference Rental USA was asked to provide simultaneous interpretation services for this star-studded event. 

The Audi Pavilion is a temporary building which hosted the car release as well as a fine arts museum. With the shows global attraction, simultaneous interpretation was an essential part of a successful event.

As always, Conference Rental USA used the latest technology including digital interpreter stations and digital infrared language distribution. The interpreters were located roughly 100m outside of the pavilion in broadcast trailers viewing a live video feed of the event presenters.

Since language channel numbers were not displayed in the room, it was a great feature to have the language name display on the LCD of the IR receiver. This simple feature made it easier for spectators to find the correct channel to listen to.
